If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Dram Good Whisky Festival’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

BUYING PRODUCTS OR TICKETS  ON OUR WEBSITE
By placing an order with Dram Good Whisky Festival, or associated sellers, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at [email protected] before placing your order with us.


We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Orders for event tickets cannot be refunded for any reason, unless otherwise decided at the discretion of Dram Good Whisky Festival.

 

LEGAL AGE
To purchase products or tickets from Dram Good Whisky Festival, you must be of legal age to buy alcohol in the United Kingdom. The current age of legality is 18. 

DISCOUNTS, OFFERS & CODES

All discounts, offers and codes must be used within our terms. We reserve the right to decline the use of and cancel any order(s) where there has been an abuse of these. All codes are for single-use per customer only unless stated otherwise. Single-use is defined as per person and not per email address account.

ATTENDING THE EVENT 

The Dram Good Whisky Festival promotes safe and responsible alcohol consumption as a priority. All rules & regulation within Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 will be adhered to without exception.

We operate a challenge 25 policy, as per government guidelines. Please bring ID (passport or valid driving license) to present, if challenged. Failure to present either of these under request will result in you being denied entry. Your ticket will not be refunded if this is the case.

No persons under 18 will be allowed inside the event. 

Dram Good Whisky Festival  and other exhibitors at the event reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol for reasons related to health, substance use or intoxication concerns. Reasonable concern related to these may result in you being removed from the event. 

TICKET INCLUSIONS 

The ticket includes free ‘drams’. In this case, all references to drams are referring to tasting samples that are 2cl in volume, served in a dram glass. Each ticket includes a free tasting sample from each distillery exhibiting.
